These terms apply to cadirectcareinc.com and the apps and integrations operated by California Direct Care, Inc. (“CDC,” “we,” “us”) that link to them (together, our “apps”). By using our website or apps, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Separate agreements

If you have a signed agreement with us, such as a management services agreement, that agreement controls wherever it conflicts with these terms.

Not medical or legal advice

Information on our website and in our apps is general and educational. It is not medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Using our website or apps does not create a provider–patient or attorney–client relationship.

Your account and use

Some apps let you sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for your account and for providing accurate information. Joining a waitlist lets us know you are interested. It is not an offer or a guarantee that services will be available to you, and you can ask to be removed at any time.

Our website and apps rely on or link to services run by others, such as Google. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or apps, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the website or app in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. We may suspend or end access to our website or apps at any time, for example to address misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
